Every Google service is down in a major outage that is impacting users worldwide. This includes YouTube, Gmail, and Google Drive, but also seems to be impacting other apps like Pokémon Go and Discord.
Google Services Are Down
As confirmed by the Google Status Dashboard, every Google service is suffering an outage.
The services impacted include, but are not limited to: Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Meet, Maps, and Analytics.
Users are also reporting that smart home gadgets integrated with Google Assistant, like the Nest Hub, are not responding.
It appears the only Google service that is functioning is search.
Reports are coming in from countries like the UK, US, Australia, Japan, and India, indicating that this is a worldwide outage.
It also seems that some other online services are out, including Pokémon Go and Discord, as tracked by user reports on Downdetector.
