You Can Now Embed Pinterest Pins in Word and OneNote

If you've got a lot of stuff on your Pinterest account, you may want to carry them over into Word or OneNote for easy organization or sharing. Microsoft is making this process a lot easier by allowing you to bring an entire Pinterest Pin over into its productivity suite with one effortless swoop.

Bringing a Pinterest Pin Into Word and OneNote

Microsoft announced the new feature on the Tech Community website. You don't need to do anything fancy to get a Pin into a document; as long as your software is updated to the latest release, you can add a Pin purely by copy-pasting its URL into your document.

It doesn't just post an image and call it a day, either. When you paste a Pin, it appears as a live interactive embed that you can activate and use. This feature is rolling out right now for all users, so if you're a big fan of Pinterest, give the feature a shot and see how it works for yourself.

Microsoft is likely adding Pinterest compatibility to its software due to its recent failed attempt to buy the company. However, it seems the software giant still has its eyes set on the hobbyist website.

Pinning Down a New Update for Word and OneNote

If you like using Pinterest, you'll be pleased to hear that Word and OneNote now work with links to Pins. Hopefully, this will help people organize their ideas better and get even more work done.

If all this talk of Pinterest has you scratching your head, now is a fantastic time to get acquainted with one of the biggest hobbyist websites on the internet.
