Phiture, the start-up that helps app developers optimise for the App Store, just announced its 100th hire, a significant milestone for this very young company and one that few mobile app marketing firms achieve this early on.
Within less than five years, the company managed to build a multi-national team of experts to help develop its mobile growth services and create a rich portfolio with leading brands.
Phiture was founded in 2016 by mobile veterans Moritz Daan and Andy Carvell to focus on optimisation of awareness, acquisition and retention.
The company is well known for its Mobile Growth Stack framework that focuses on holistic mobile growth.
Ever since, Phiture has managed to grow exponentially, consistently extending its design, engineering and data science teams.
In 2019, Phiture received an App Growth Awards for being the best retention campaign of the year.
“Since day one, our goal has been to grow the company and move the entire industry forward. Our Mobile Growth Stack and ASO Stack Slack communities invite mobile marketing practitioners from across the globe to collaborate and contribute to the industry by sharing news, tips, and strategic advice. The collective insights we share inform our day-to-day work and help create new standards and thought models,” wrote MD Pablo Penny in a blog post.
In the near future, the company plans to become a dominant player within mobile growth, and expand its presence with office opening in Asia, the US and other European cities.
