Apple's iOS 16.3 update for iPhone had impressive new features, but iOS 16.4 might impress you even more. The latest update for iPhone already has more upgrades than its predecessor, and the stable release isn't even out yet. Apple Music Classical, Apple's new classical music streaming service, is set to be released on March 28, and iOS 16.4 will likely come out on the same day.
