Before you go ahead and install the beta profile onto your iPhone, let me be clear about something: this method of installation is not recommended at all and exists only for educational purposes. Though betas are exciting to test out, there is a lot that can go wrong by downloading beta software using a non-official method. It can potentially brick your device leaving you nothing more than a paperweight. Hence, you are doing everything beyond this point at your own risk and we will not be held responsible for anything if something does go wrong.
Tutorial
Step 1. Your iPhone must be running iPhoneOS 14, otherwise the beta won't show up. You can learn more by going here on how to download and install the latest beta software on iPhone:
Step 2. Connect your iPhone and Apple Watch both to a wall charger.
Step 3. Connect to a Wi-Fi network that is stable.
Step 4. Download this beta profile straight onto your iPhone and install it. You might be required to authorize this profile by going to Settings > General > Profiles. You might even be required to restart your phone at this point so please do so.
Step 5. Once restarted, now launch the Watch app, navigate to General > Software Update.
Step 6. Give it a few minutes and the latest watchOS 7 beta update will show right up and you can tap on Download and Install in order to get the ball rolling.
That's it, you just download and installed watchOS 7 beta without an Apple Developer Program account. It's that simple.
Again, this is a method of installation which Apple does not endorse in any way, so please, exercise full caution and know the risks involved before you do this. Furthermore, once you do install the beta update, you cannot downgrade back to watchOS 6 in case something goes wrong. You have to install all the subsequent beta updates that arrive for your Apple Watch. There is no way out of this once you have climbed aboard the beta bandwagon.
