If, for some reason, you want to downgrade to iOS 13.6, you may do so right now as long as Apple is signing the firmware. Backup your files and data using the following methods first before going ahead: iTunes, iCloud or Finder.

Step 2. Connect your iPhone or iPad to your computer using a Lightning cable.
Step 3. Launch iTunes or Finder.
Step 4. Click on your device's icon as soon as it shows up in Finder or iTunes.
Step 4. Now click on the Restore iPhone button while holding down the left Shift key (Windows) or the left Option key (Mac).
Step 5. Select the iOS 13.6 IPSW firmware file you downloaded in step 1.
Step 6. Finder / iTunes will now start extracting the contents of the firmware and then ultimately restore your iPhone and iPad.
