Zoomd, the mobile user acquisition and engagement platform, recently acquired Japan-headquartered mobile marketing firm Performance Revenues.
As the name suggests, Performance Revenues provides performance-based marketing tools for mobile marketers and media managers.
Notable clients include NASDAQ-listed international companies.
Zoomd hopes the acquisition can bolster its entry into the Japanese market and extend its existing and new client distribution channels, influencer marketing and video creation services.
“We are happy to welcome Performance Revenues, an amazing team of professionals to onboard,” said Ofar Eitan, CEO of Zoomd. “This acquisition will enable us to provide another part of the puzzle to our customers, by using unique CGC (Consumer Generated Content) for influencer activities. In addition to that, we strengthen our client list by adding a number of customers that can now enjoy Zoomd’s platform as well.”
The deal is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
